Xtreme RC Products was founded in December 2003. Our owners are RC helicopter pilots in Hawaii with many years of flying experience. Since we fly what we sell, we carry only the best and most often used products. If you need RC helicopter products, let us know and we'll work hard to get it for you -- always at a great price.

We are happy to help new pilots on Oahu fine-tune and test-fly their RC helicopters. However, we do not accept any responsibility for any mechanical failures or accidents that may occur.

Getting Started with RC Helicopters

If you're interested in flying RC helicopters, just remember this: RC helicopters and products are not toys. They are expensive machines, require a lot of skill, and can cause serious injury.

Before you start flying, we STRONGLY RECOMMEND that you put in some time on a flight simulator, such as RealFlight G3 or Reflex XTR. The simulator will let you learn how to pilot a helicopter, and crashes won't cost anything.

You should also join the Academy of Model Aeronautics (AMA), which offers general liability protection for model activities and accident/medical insurance. For more information about the AMA, visit their website at http://www.modelaircraft.org.
